In compliance with Articles 13 to 24.2 of the European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the Data Controller informs users that a profile has been created on the following Social Networks:

• Instagram
• LinkedIn
• YouTube

for the main purpose of promoting our services and contacting other users.

If you, as a user, have a profile on the same Social Network as our entity, you may freely join the page created by us, thereby showing interest in the information we publish on that Network.

By joining, you provide us with visibility of certain personal data that you have made publicly available on your profile.

Only if you join our page on the above-mentioned Social Networks will your profile data be processed by our entity exclusively within the Social Network itself and, under no circumstances, will they be processed by us outside of it without your prior consent.

As a user, you may access the privacy policies of the Social Network at any time and configure your profile to ensure the privacy of any data you do not wish to make public. You may also stop following us at any time.

3. Posts

Once you have joined our page and if you deem it appropriate, you may post comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network, provided that in all cases you are the owner of such content, hold the corresponding copyrights and intellectual property rights, or have obtained the consent of the affected third parties.

Any posts on the page are expressly prohibited if they consist of texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc. relating to minors, or if they infringe or are likely to infringe honour, morality, ethics, good taste or decency, or violate intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights or any other rights contrary to the law. In such cases, our entity reserves the right to immediately remove the content and may request the permanent blocking of the user.

Our entity shall not be responsible for content freely published by users. Users should be aware that their posts will be visible to other users and, therefore, they are solely responsible for their publications and their privacy.

4. Advertising

Our entity may use the Social Network for advertising purposes, always in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations and the LSSI-CE.

Recommending our pages to other users so that they may also benefit from promotions or be informed about events or activities of our entity shall not be considered advertising.

5. Contests and promotions

Our entity reserves the right to carry out contests and promotions in which users who wish to do so and who are connected to our page may participate. The terms and conditions of each contest or promotion, when the Social Network platform is used for this purpose, will be published on it, always in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations.

The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse or administer our promotions in any way, nor is it associated with any of them.

6. Personal data

Our entity, as Data Controller, will carry out the following actions:

• Access to publicly available information on the user’s profile.
• Respond to user requests.
• Send individual messages to users through the Social Network’s channels.
• Publish information related to our entity on the user’s profile.
• Page status updates that will be published on the user’s profile.

Users may stop following our entity on social media at any time, manage their connections, remove content they are no longer interested in, and restrict who they share their connections with by accessing their privacy settings.

7. Your rights

You have the right to know whether our entity is processing your personal data; therefore, you have the right to access your data, rectify inaccurate data or request their erasure when the data are no longer necessary, provided this is legally possible.

You may also exercise your rights to object, restrict or request data portability, as you deem appropriate, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise your rights, you must do so in writing to info@veganic.bio. If you act on behalf of another person, you must provide proof of such representation. If there are reasonable doubts regarding the identity of the person submitting the request, we may request additional information necessary to confirm their identity.
