Project: Creation of a new formulation area at the Paterna (Valencia) facilities, with the aim of internalising the production of agricultural biosolutions based on natural, vegan and cruelty-free extracts.
This strategic investment allows Veganic Nature, S.L. to reduce its dependence on external suppliers, increasing its autonomy, responsiveness and control over the quality of its products.

Development of corporate structure for the Veganic group of companies (holding + joint venture) in the Indian market.
Project: Veganic Nature SL developed during 2025 an internationalisation project focused on establishing its activity in the Indian market through the design and development of a corporate structure comprising a subsidiary (holding) and a joint venture with a local partner.
The aim of the project was to establish a solid foundation for the company’s international expansion, enabling entry into a strategic market such as India, optimising the legal, fiscal and operational structure, and facilitating the commercialisation of its sustainable agricultural biosolutions.
The main actions carried out include strategic advisory services for market entry in India, definition of the investment plan, incorporation of corporate structures and development of the infrastructure required for international operations.
As a result, Veganic has advanced its global positioning, laying the foundations for its growth in Asia and consolidating a scalable and sustainable internationalisation model.
