Valenciana<\/strong><br><strong>Projet : <\/strong>Cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une nouvelle zone de formulation sur le site de Paterna (Valence), dans le but d\u2019internaliser la production de biosolutions agricoles bas\u00e9es sur des extraits naturels, v\u00e9ganes et sans cruaut\u00e9.<br>Cet investissement strat\u00e9gique permet \u00e0 Veganic Nature, S.L. de r\u00e9duire sa d\u00e9pendance soci\u00e9t\u00e9s Veganic (holding + coentreprise) sur le march\u00e9 indien.<\/strong><br><strong>Projet :<\/strong> Veganic Nature SL a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 au cours de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2025 un projet d\u2019internationalisation ax\u00e9 sur l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de son activit\u00e9 sur le march\u00e9 indien, \u00e0 travers la conception et le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019une structure d\u2019entreprise comprenant une filiale (holding) et une coentreprise avec un partenaire local.<br>L&rsquo;objectif du projet \u00e9tait d&rsquo;\u00e9tablir une base solide pour l&rsquo;expansion internationale de l&rsquo;entreprise, permettant l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e sur un march\u00e9 strat\u00e9gique tel que l&rsquo;Inde, en optimisant la structure juridique, fiscale et op\u00e9rationnelle, et en facilitant la commercialisation de ses biosolutions agricoles durables.<br>Les principales actions r\u00e9alis\u00e9es comprennent des services de conseil strat\u00e9gique pour l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e sur le march\u00e9 indien, la d\u00e9finition du plan d&rsquo;investissement, la constitution de structures d&rsquo;entreprise et le d\u00e9veloppement de l&rsquo;infrastructure requise pour les op\u00e9rations internationales.<br>En cons\u00e9quence, Veganic a progress\u00e9 dans son positionnement mondial, posant les bases de sa croissance en Asie et consolidant un mod\u00e8le
